MKBHD’s scammy wallpaper app

YouTuber MKBHD has just released a premium wallpaper app which is, apparently, something we’ve ‘all been asking for’.

According to the App Store description, you will get access to:

… hundreds of high-quality, full resolution art pieces for your smartphone

By paying the MKBHD team the low, low price of $50 a year you’ll be able to get some art from ‘top tier digital artists’ and go on an ‘exclusive visual journey’. Just look at some of this AI generated trash high quality digital art you could get exclusive access to …

MKBHD has always, rightfully, been known for his incredibly high quality tech videos, so it warms my heart to see this quality continues with this supposed long awaited app.

I think I may have found the most stunningly beautiful art that, I imagine, took the artist a lifetime to produce. Just look at this mind blowing creation, masterfully named ‘orange’:

How do they think of this stuff?!

I should note that you can get free (low quality) versions of these stunning masterpieces, if you watch 30 second ads for every wallpaper you access. We really are spoiled here.
